Our team
The Victory Foundation recognizes that our team is comprised of many helping hands: residents, volunteers, and donators supporting the work that we do. We have kept our staffing to a minimum with managing our overall costs, allowing us to maximize your donations towards the important work we are doing.
Don Delaney
Founder and Executive Director
Don, a committed Christian since 1980, worked on Calgary's streets in the 1980s, initiating outreach and feeding programs.
After two years of Bible College and a successful automotive career, he transitioned to full-time ministry and founded an inner-city street church located in Calgary. Recognizing the great needs of the poor and homeless, he with other like-minded leaders established the Victory Foundation.
Don currently pastors and oversees the organization as Executive Director, holds a Theology Degree, and serves as Director on Victory Churches' National Canadian executive. Through local church programs, he promotes awareness of the poor and homelessness.
Don and Colette, his wife of 40 years have two adult children.
