After twelve years of serving the community marginalized in Forest Lawn, we were able to replicate our housing model by providing three houses in the area, which are currently full.

The Town & Country Motor Hotel purchase gives us the opportunity to provide more safe affordable housing through converting this hotel into suites. Project consists of:

• Building area 49,000 square feet

• 48 suites designed for women and seniors

• Provide resident programs and faith based supports

• Community minded ownership

• 25% retail and commercial space available

• Large green space for residents

• 2.7 acres, leaves room for expansion and green spaces
