Despite not having all funding in place for Stage 2, the Victory Foundation stepped out in faith for this project and gave the go-ahead to move forward with demolition of the interior.

The need is ever increasing in the Forest Lawn district for women, women with small children, and seniors have a place to call home.

• Site fenced, project plan, vendors selected

• Demolition of upper floors (2, 3, & 4) and retail/commercial space to concrete and studs

• Removal of debris from site

• Infrastructure update, started and design of floor space to include the balcony, reset of perimeter of building
