People from different places and with different needs come to us. Our staff, help individuals set goals, provide advice, speak up for residents if requested, and help them find the right supports and services when needed. We do this to help individuals get the help they need and create opportunities for them. The Victory Foundation’s goal is to make positive changes in the lives of the people who live here.

We work with residents to find sustainable market housing when they are ready to leave our homes.

We do recognize that in some individual’s circumstances may mean that they may benefit from this community and/or may not have the legitimate ability to move on into the community; thus, we do not always require people to leave.

All of the residences at Victory Housing has no tolerance for drugs or alcohol; this applies both when you are in residence and when you are away from your residence. Drug and alcohol testing is done. As well, there are programs for Addictions.

We desire to offer safe, secure and affordable residences to everyone living in our homes and our residents expect this.

We want the best for our residents and try to be flexible in our arrangements so we can help them reach their goals.
